Qrazy for Quinoa – Quinoa for Breakfast – Bowl of Protein with Nuts, Seeds, and Yogurt
Since I made a big pot of quinoa I came up with another way to use quinoa for breakfast. Check out this quinoa breakfast bowl full of protein with yogurt, seeds, berries and nuts.

Ingredients for Quinoa for Breakfast Recipe:
1/2 cup greek yogurt,
1/2 cup cooked quinoa,
1 Tablespoon almonds,
1 Tablespooon pumpkin seeds,
1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds,
1/2 cup berries
First, I started with a layer of Greek yogurt. Then, I added plain quinoa. In addition, you could add some spices and sweetener like I did in my Quinoa Yogurt Parfait. Personally, I thought the plain quinoa went well with all the various other flavors. Next, I added some almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and berries. For fun, and aesthetic purposes, I added a little bit of spinach.
Not only was this quinoa breakfast bowl oh so colorful, it was also super yummy! The combination of flavors was delicious. This protein packed breakfast bowl is a great way to start your mornings or even perk up your afternoons.
You can substitute or add many different things to your quinoa breakfast bowl. Experiment with various fruits and nuts. Add some hemp seeds or chia seeds. Have fun!
