The city is home to the National Seashore visitor center, St. Mary’s Submarine Museum, and the annual Rock Shrimp Festival. Park your family on the waterfront in a quaint little cottage for under $280,000.

Pensacola, Florida

Pensacola, Florida, is a Gulf Coast town that allows you to play and splash in the ocean year-round. Lush greenery and sparkling skies abound in this coastal town you’re sure to fall in love.

Beaufort, North Carolina

Beaufort was founded in 1709 as a fishing hub on the Eastern coast. Rumor has it that this location was a frequent stopping point for Blackbeard and his scurvy crew. Beaufort’s rich history continues to add to the city’s appeal.

A charming boardwalk, quaint architecture, and several cultural attractions hum this thriving community with activity all year round. For a modest price of around $350,000, you can pick up a charming coastal property with breathtaking views. Have a bit more to spend?

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is located on a 60-mile stretch of beach known as The Grand Strand. One of the most famous hubs for southern tourism, Myrtle Beach offers a warm, subtropical climate, endless beaches, and many golf courses and restaurants that attract nearly 20 million people each year.
