Green Juice Recipe for Green Juice that Actually Tastes Good
We got a juicer a while ago and I go in out of juicing spurts. I like fruit juicing, but I used to think the juices that are best for you do not taste good. I had a hard time swallowing green juices full of kale, ginger, celery, and herbs. Even if I added fruit, I couldn’t get the right mix. It seemed like I was drinking a salad with salad dressing.
I decided to try juicing again and make a healthy green juice that actually tastes good too. Today, I was actually able to drink my whole glass of green juice. I can say I actually enjoyed it. I wasn’t quite as good as a fruit only juice, but as far as green veggie drinks go, it’s the best I have made.
Recipe for Healthy Green Juice – A Veggie Green Juice That Tastes Good Too
To make one tall glass of green veggie juice in a cold press juicer, I used a handful of Kale, a handful of parsley, 1 large cucumber, 2 apples, and 1/2 lemon.
