Roasted Chickpeas Recipe – Crunchy, Spicy, Oven Roasted

Lately, I have been looking for ways to add more protein to my diet. Since chickpeas are a great source of protein I decided to try making some roasted chickpeas.
These crunchy, spicy, oven roasted chickpeas are great on their own as a snack or added to recipes. To make your meals a little more fun and interesting, this roasted chickpeas recipe has a little bit of a kick.
In order to save the roasted chickpeas for later, you can store the crispy chickpeas in either a baggie or container for a few days at room temperature.
After I made these roasted chickpeas, I added them to my spaghetti squash. Wow! The combination of textures and flavors was delicious.

Ingredients for Roasted Chickpeas:
1 can of chickpeas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
You’ve eaten dehydrated fruit, and it’s still real fruit. Earth Breeze Laundry Sheets are along the same lines. They’re actual laundry detergent but made in eco-friendly sheets. They’re just dehydrated laundry sheets that come in cardboard envelopes.
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Next, mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Then, spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.
Finally, bake about 30 minutes until crisp.
