I’m always on the lookout for crock pot recipes to make on busy nights. I tutor and some nights I get home right around dinner time. I like to find recipes I can make earlier in the day that are ready to serve when I get home. Tonight, we had Slow-Cooker Pork Sandwiches.
I have a subscription to Real Simple Magazine. Â I love flipping through my issue each month. Â In the December issue, there was a recipe for Slow-Cooker Pork Sandwiches With Parsley and Pickles.
I finally got around to trying it out tonight. It was a hit! There was little preparation time. The pork was juicy and tender.
