Applesauce Muffins Recipe: Healthy Gluten Free Low Sugar

These muffins are low in sugar, low in fat, but also tastes good. These are also gluten free muffins because they are made with oats.

INGREDIENTS

– oats – baking powder – applesauce cup – egg

If you want more crunch to your muffins, then try using whole oats, rather than ground oats.

Place muffin cups in a pan and lightly cover with cooking spray.

Add all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Pour the mix into the muffin cups.

Cook at 400 degrees for 14 minutes.
