Rinse off a cauliflower head and break into tiny sections. Then, in batches, pulse it in the food processor until all of the big chunks are gone. This will make a mess no matter how careful you are.

Now, cook the cauliflower. Boil a few inches of water. Then, add the cauliflower and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.

After that, strain all of the liquid. Then, let it sit and cool down for a few minutes.

Be sure to get out as much liquid as you can from the cauliflower. Dump the cauliflower on a clean, dry towel. Pull up the edges, and wring out all of the excess water.

Place the cauliflower in a bowl and mix in 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 cup cheese or fake cheese. Or, add whatever spices you normally like in your pizza dough.
