Pro 1: We do not miss having a boss. Enough said.

Pro 2: We do not miss being in meetings all day, but nothing getting done.

Pro 3: We do not miss politics. The more senior I became the more I I realized Senior Management talk about change but are afraid to do so.

Pro 4 to retiring young: We have 3 kids 5 and under. We are with them all the time. Our lives consist of playgrounds and little kid activities.
