  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips


  1. In a food processor, mix the oats, flour, and salt until finely ground.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and melted butter and process until well mixed.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Form small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment paper/wax paper sheet or in a container and place in the refrigerator.
  6. May be enjoyed right away or over the next couple of days.
