Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats be sure these are a gluten-free variety
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, mix the oats, flour, and salt until finely ground.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup until well mixed.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Form small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment paper/wax paper sheet or in a container and place in the refrigerator.
