Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Syrup and Soy Sauce
Together, my son and I created this recipe for roasted Brussels sprouts.
2 cups bag of Brussels Sprouts trimmed and washed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl mix together the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, and soy sauce.
In a single layer, spread out the Brussels sprouts on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Roast for about 28 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are slightly browned.
Sprinkle with Kosher salt.
