Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Syrup and Soy Sauce

Together, my son and I created this recipe for roasted Brussels sprouts.

  • 12 ounces 2 cups bag of Brussels Sprouts trimmed and washed
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a bowl mix together the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, and soy sauce.
  3. In a single layer, spread out the Brussels sprouts on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast for about 28 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are slightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle with Kosher salt.
