During the last couple of years, I have dealt with weight gain even tough I exercise frequently and eat fairly healthily. I have wanted to meet with a nutritionist, but with my busy life, it got pushed to the back burner. I was excited to have this appointment and hopefully get some help with weight management and meal planning.

Maika Luongo was very impressive. We talked by video chat for about 40 minutes. First, she asked detailed questions about my health history and current issues. Maika was friendly and knowledgeable about nutrition in regards to women with an active lifestyle. She came up with a daily calorie intake goal for me based on my activity level and long term weight goals.
After the meeting, she sent a summary of our appointment as well as several documents with meal plans and healthy eating tips. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Maika Luongo if you are looking for an online nutritionist.
