Breadsticks Gluten Free Paleo: Tasty, Easy Recipe With Few Ingredients
When I was eating (mostly) Paleo it was not too hard, but I did miss bread. Even if you are following a gluten-free or Paleo diet you can still have “bread” made with alternative flour. These breadsticks use almond flour and coconut flour. This gluten-free and Paleo breadsticks recipe is tasty and easy and only contains a few ingredients.
When you make this healthy recipe you can form the dough into breadstick shapes or other forms such as a biscuit or pretzel. So far, I have tried these as both breadsticks and flattened biscuits (topped with tuna salad).
These passed the Deborah test. My friend Deborah over at Rehab and Conditioning for Animals is the one that introduced me to the Paleo diet.
