My husband and I have been searching for a great tasting protein powder without added sweeteners. It’s also important that the product be soy-free. Not only do I like the control of adding my own sweetener, if needed, I now have to be more careful about my soy intake.
We like to make smoothies and shakes with added protein. Unfortunately, It’s hard to find a healthy protein powder that is soy-free and free of added sugars or sweeteners. What’s even harder is finding one that actually tastes good.

I like to add protein powder to my smoothies. I love the smoothness of the BUBS Collagen Protein powder when I added it to my smoothie. It tasted just like a regular smoothie and the only way I could tell there was added protein powder was by the little bit of foam at the top of the smoothie.
Here’s my strawberry banana smoothie recipe using BUBS unflavored protein. This makes one serving, is super quick to make, and is a great healthy option for busy mornings.
