CAULIPOWER Ready-to-cook Cauliflower Crust Pizza – Review

My package of CAULIPOWER arrived today in a well-insulated cooler with dry ice. My son happened to be home sick today and we both had a good time opening the package. Since it was lunch time, we decided to go ahead and try one of these ready-to-cook cauliflower crust pizzas. We were sent Three Cheese, Margherita, Veggie, and Plain Crust varieties. Since I had a hard time choosing, I let him pick the pizza for lunch. Veggie it was.

CAULIPOWER was easy to bake. It took only about 12 minutes in our oven compared to the hours I spent making my own cauliflower pizza crust.

We both enjoyed our lunch today. I was proud of my son for trying the CAULIPOWER with me. Even though he didn’t feel 100% today, he still ate all the pizza on his plate.

I’m looking forward to trying the other varieties of CAULIPOWER, especially on busy days when we do not have much time to prepare dinner.
