Where are my coffee drinkers? Are you struggling with coffee stained teeth? How long have you been drinking coffee?
I started drinking coffee in college. During my junior year, I studied abroad in Spain for a semester and was introduced to cafe con leche. All it really is is coffee with milk, but something about it was just so smooth and comforting.
The Down Side to Drinking Coffee
As I have gotten older and had more responsibilities I began drinking coffee not just for the taste, but also for nice pep it provided during those afternoon slumps. Now, I usually drink about one cup of coffee each day.
Unfortunately, when you drink coffee often, the coffee stains your teeth. I know I should be brushing my teeth after drinking coffee, but usually, I’m not at home at these times.
Lately, I’ve been hearing a lot about the benefits of activated charcoal for teeth whitening. Unfortunately, charcoal can leave behind a huge mess in your sink, nails, and mouth.
This is where Crest comes to the rescue. Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy just introduced two new products to its line of oral care to help customers purify teeth for a whiter, cleaner smile. The other day, the sent me the Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy with Charcoal and Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy with Coconut Oil to try at home.

We used Crest products at home and I was happy to try one of the new products. I have only been using the Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy with Charcoal for a few days, but so far I like it. I like the flavor and it definitely doesn’t leave a mess. It tastes, looks, feels just like regular toothpaste and leaves a clean, minty fresh aftertaste. The charcoal paste has a stripe of charcoal and the grey foam lightens as you brush. In the picture below you can see how neat and clean the charcoal toothpaste is.
It’s great that Crest now offers a #BetterWayToCharcoal.
