Fitness and Health Gift Ideas – Healthy Gift Guide for Women and Men
Here are some of my favorite healthy items or fitness products that have gotten great reviews. If you are looking for the perfect gift for those that love to sweat, then check out this list of fitness and healthy gift ideas.
Standing Desks and Bike Workstations
If you spend a lot of time on the computer, then why not combine exercise with work? Flexispot makes both standing desks and exercise bikes with workstations.
We have both of these and the FLEXISPOT Desk Bike V9 gets a lot of use from both myself and my son. It was very easy to set up and the wheels make it super portable. You can also use it as just a standing desk. We were both amazed at how quiet this bike workstation is. If you want to watch TV while you cycle, you can still hear the TV easily.
As another option to workout while you work at your desk, take a look at the DeskCycle 2. This under-desk bike is quiet and is great for work, home, or school. With this under-the-desk bike, you can set the maximum pedal height to 9 or 10 inches. In addition, there a resistance range and extra features that help eliminate rocking.
Foam Rollers and Massagers
After a long run or a good workout, your loved one would appreciate a good foam roller or muscle massager.
There are some regular, standard foam rollers, or foam rollers that have special features.
The PARASETTER® is a unique foam roller system the optimizes diaphragm movement and breathing while stretching the lower back and activating organs and muscles for stress relief. We just got one of these to try at home and it definitely feels different than regular foam rollers. I can feel it reaching different muscles and organs.
For a simple massager, I love these little Hand Held Mini Massagers. In fact, Rehab Deb uses these for pet rehabilitation as well!
Good earphones = good workout. I’ve gotten frustrated before trying to use earphones during workouts that weren’t comfortable or had horrible sound.
Most comfortable earphones for working out
These new earphones from Azio Corp, the HEARA, have a cool retro style to them. They have aluminum copper chambers and cords, but are also great for working out and maintaining style. There’s even a multi-function button mic for easy access to accept/end calls, change music, and activate voice-assist functions. For a great fit, they include three ear-tip sizes for the most comfortable, personalized fit.
Koral Activewear is a premium, high fashion activewear. You can buy their products online, or you can also find them in stores like Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdales. I have these station sweatpants. They are soft terry lounge pants with a drawstring that are great for workouts or errands around town.
SpiBelt – No-Bounce Running Belts for Athletes & Adventurers
I have two of these SpiBelts and I love how much they can hold without bouncing around while I run. In the larger one, I can carry my phone, car keys, and snacks. I have used them for walking around the neighborhood or running errands so that I can don’t have to carry a purse or bag.
