Since 2010, we have had the same decor on our mantel. In preschool, when the kids were ages two and four, we bought a print of their school photo and it has been on the mantel ever since. Our mantel needed a facelift and I had started looking at some mantel decor ideas and fireplace decor.

Getting a Good Picture of the Kids
It took me a while to get a good picture of my kids together. Parents, you know what I mean, right? I only have two kids, but it’s so hard to get a good picture where they are both smiling, the lighting is good, and they have no dirt or stains on their clothes.
I finally got a good picture of the kids on our trip to Tuscon over Winter Break, so I used that for our canvas print.

It was really easy to order the 16×20 canvas print. Within a matter of minutes, I was able to customize our canvas print.
Today, our canvas arrived. It was nicely packaged, so it stayed secure and unharmed during shipping.
