My Experience Using the App

I’ve been using the app now for a month and my overall score is a 95.  I’ve learned a lot about my driving and what I need to focus on.

For me, it is braking.  I need to be more careful, especially in traffic, about braking earlier and applying less pressure to the pedal than I have been.

MercuryGO lets me see exactly where I brake too quickly or severely.

Here’s an example: On a recent drive, a man and his two dogs unexpectedly ran across a residential, somewhat busy street, not at a stop sign or crosswalk. I instantly applied my brakes which, thankfully, I was able to do in time without coming close to hitting them because my eyes were on the road. However, the app allowed me to see exactly where and at what time this event occurred, and reminded me that I should always be alert while I’m driving.

I am really enjoying using this app and will continue to use it to improve my driving.  I highly recommend getting the app to help yourself and your family become better drivers.
