- 1 Glass Storage Bowl
- 1 Measuring Spoon and Cup
- 1 Mixing Spoon
Ingredients
- ½ C Softened Coconut Oil
- 3 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 20 drops Mint Oil
- Stevia or xylitol optional
Instructions
- In a seal bowl or small glass jar combine softened coconut oil with 3 Tablespoons Baking Soda, 20 drops of mint oil and optional sweetener
- Seal container or lid and use to brush your teeth twice daily
