Homemade Bath Salt

Equipment

  • Large Bowl
  • Clean Spatula
  • Clean Jars for storing

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Plain Epsom Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Baking Soda
  • 20 Drops Essential Oil of choice
  • 3 Tbsp Dried Flowers Optional
  • 2 Tbsp Almond or Coconut Oil Optional

Instructions

  • In large bowl mix all ingredients with a clean spatula
  • Store in glass containers until ready to use
    *have holes in the lid to release pressure
  • Store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months
    *3 months if your salts contain added oils
  • Sprinkle 1/2 - 1 Cup into hot bath for relaxing
