Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° and line Cookie Sheets with Parchment Paper
In a Mixing Bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder. Set aside
In the bowl of the stand mixer add softened butter, brown sugar, sugar, and peanut butter. Mix until completely combined on medium speed
Add egg and vanilla to the tand mixer, mix for 30 seconds
Slowly add and mix in dry ingredients to the bowl of the stand mixer. Mix on low until combined
Scoop out 1 teaspoon at a time of dough and roll it into a ball. Place balls 1 inch apart on cookie sheet lined with parchemnt paper
Bake for 10 minutes
Remove cookie sheets from oven and gently place 1 unwrapped Hershey Kiss into the center of each book.
Moving to a cooling rack to allow to cool completely.
