I use coconut sugar. You can use white or brown sugar. Add more if you like your muffins on the sweet side.

Instructions
Place muffin cups in a pan and lightly cover with cooking spray.
Add all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Pour the mix into the muffin cups.
Cook at 400 degrees for 14 minutes.
