Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the all-purpose cream and condensed milk.
Whisk the mixture until it thickens and doubles in volume. You can use a hand whisk or an electric mixer.
Peel the mangoes and use a glass to scoop out the flesh.
Slice the mangoes thinly for smoother texture in each layer.
Briefly dip each graham cracker in evaporated milk to soften them slightly.
Lay a single layer of soaked graham crackers at the bottom of your container.
Spread a generous layer of the cream mixture evenly over the crackers.
Add a layer of thin mango slices over the cream.
Repeat the layering graham crackers, cream, mango slices, until the container is nearly full.
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top as the final layer, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours (or overnight for best results).
Slice and serve cold. Enjoy!
