How to make granola more clumpy
I have been making my own granola at home for a few months now. Â My son and I were eating a lot of granola so I figured I would save money and make my own. Â It’s super easy and I know exactly what I’m eating now.
Regular granola can be messy if eating it alone.  To make the granola easier to eat by hand or spoon, I decided to make these homemade granola clusters.  I took my regular Homemade Granola Recipe and made it more clumpy.
To make the granola clusters, start with my regular granola recipe. Â After mixing the ingredients, but before baking add a raw scrambled egg and mix everything together.
Bake at the same temperature (300 degrees), but for a longer amount of time. Â I needed to add an additional 15 minutes. Â Once the granola looks dry and slightly golden brown, you’ll know it’s done.
