Save money on your health and fitness with these free exercise videos from Jillian Michaels.
Jillian Michaels is known as the tough fitness trainer from NBC’s The Biggest Loser. She helps people lose weight with her workouts, exercises, recipes, videos, meal plans, and more.
I often see ads and posts from friends who are doing either the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, yoga, or one of her many other fitness plans for weight loss. There are videos for every muscle group. Jillian Michaels has butt workouts, ab workouts, lower body, upper body, and so forth.
There’s good news if you are trying to save some money and be healthy. You can find many of the Jillian Michaels Free Workout Videos Online.
I have been doing the 30 Day Shred and just completed level 2. The workouts are only 20-minute workouts. If you add in the warm up and cool down, it only takes 26 minutes of your time.
Jillian Michaels is great for beginner workouts. You can increase or decrease the intensity depending on your fitness level. There is no need for a monthly membership to a gym.
The workouts are tough, but doable. There were a few exercises in which I needed to make the modifications to make up for my weak upper body strength. It’s a tough workout.
In the 30 Day Shred Challenge level 1 and level 2, Jillian gives you many options for modifications if needed. Those who are ambitious and already in great shape can be challenged as well by following the harder workout suggestions. Jillian Michaels works for many fitness levels.
Although I have not lost weight, I feel my body is more toned and building muscle. I plan to continue my exercise routine to improve my fitness.
