Ingredients
4
egg whites
1 1/2

sugar

salt

cream of tartar

chocolate chips – optional
I prefer to use milk chocolate chips, but you can use what you like.
Instructions
Beat 4 egg whites on medium-high until soft peaks form. This will take a few minutes.
Add sugar, salt, and cream of tartar beating until the mixture is stiff.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper/ wax paper or a reusable cookie sheet liner like this.
Using a tablespoon drop batter onto the sheets.
Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes. The edges should be just a very light brown.
