of heavy whipping cream

vanilla extract

of milk chocolate chips
or any other type of chips... semisweet, white chocolate, etc.
Instructions
Line a loaf pan or baking pan with parchment paper.
Spray with cooking spray.
In a saucepan heat sugar, salt, butter, marshmallow, and whipping cream on medium heat until everything is just about melted.
Then, keep on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the vanilla and chocolate chips.
Once the chips are completely melted and mixed in, pour into your parchment paper pan.
Depending on the thickness, let cool about 2 - 4 hours.
