French Toast Roll Up Recipe

Instructions
Start by heating a skillet on medium low heat.
While skillet is heating, use a rolling pin to roll each slice of bread flat.
Cut off the crust of each slice of bread
Spread a generous amount of butter and cinnamon mix onto each slice of bread. Spread to the edges.
Tightly roll each slice of bread
Dredge each piece of bread in your French toast Egg Mixture.
Place each roll into your heated pan. Cook for for 2-4 minutes rolling to ensure you cook on each side.
Remove from pan and serve.
