Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add in cream of tartar while continuing to beat until soft peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat together the egg yolks and dairy-free cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until combined.
Spoon the batter onto the prepared baking sheet in 8 equal mounds, leaving enough space between them for spreading during baking. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through in the center when tested with a toothpick. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or refrigerated for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
