Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, yogurt, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
