Red, White and Blue Lips: Luscious and bold

Show your American pride with your smile. Fireworks make everyone smile. Choose a look that emphasizes your lips.

A bright red lipstick is a classic look that will never go out of style. Red is a color that works for nearly every party or event, and 4th of July is no different.

Take your make up to a whole new level by wearing stars & stripes! If your local community hosts a parade to celebrate America’s birthday, try a white base on your lips, and using red lip liner add a few starts. Using a quality lip paint helps ensure the look will last all day. Don’t forget to apply lip gloss to seal the look, and make your lips shine.

July 4th Makeup Ideas: Let the Eyes Have It

Fun 4th of July Makeup Ideas. Red and Blue eye makeup

Rival the fireworks with matching Independence Day eye makeup. It’s easy to wear the Fourth of July makeup in red, white and blue. You can put an American flag on your eyelashes, or make your eyelids dazzle. Our go outside of your comfort zone and use eyeliner colors that aren’t your typical look.

Fourth of July Makeup Looks to create

Whether you’re going a family BBQ, watching a fireworks display in your community, or even just or creating your own low key firework display. Make sure your red and blue color suits the patriotic vibes. Here is a variety of cute, classy, and festive 4th of July makeup look ideas.

Magnetic Lashes and Eyeliner

Your eyes are one of the first features people notice when they see you! Make a booming impression with your eyes. Bring and entire look together using fun and flirty lashes.

You can go all out and apply lashes that are red, white, and blue temporarily just for the day with these beautiful festive multi color lashes.

The pop of color we see when the firework displays make everyone ewww and ahhh. Why not do the same with your eyes.

Buy a shadow that sparkles and shines. A blue eyeshadow on your lids paired with white lashes will certainly make a statement, especially if you pair the look with a bold red shirt and a white skirt or shorts.

We love this color from Revlon paired with white lashes. The blue eyeshadow pops when you paint a bit of glitter over the shadow to bring your 4th of July makeup look together.

Adding a white lash to the blue colors on your eyelids helps to create a look that everyone will notice, and love. We love these temporarily lashes that are easy to apply and remove.

Simple Blue Eyeliner

If a bold eye look isn’t the look you’re going for, try a more traditional natural brown or neutral color, but try adding a navy blue eyeliner to create a simple 4th of July eyeliner look.

Blue and Red Eyeshadow Looks

Best July 4th Makeup Looks. Woman with Blue and Red eye makeup

OK ladies, lets get flashy, this is one of my favorite 4th of July makeup ideas. Make a statement with your eyes. Start by applying a bright blue shadow to the inner corner of your eye, and softly blend to a red eyeshadow. You can complete this look by dusting a bit of translucent glitter powder on your eyelid. And add thin line of white eyeliner.

Red and White Eyeshadow Look

Red 4th of July Makeup

Grab a red glitter shadow and white eyeliner and make your eyes shine. This looks is amazing for the 4th of July BBQ you may be headed to. When applying this look, start in the corner of your lower lid. Apply the red eyeshadow a bit darker, and as you move to the middle of your eyelid, start to lighten the shadow to create a red smoky effect.

As you move to the outer corner of your eye, grab a translucent white eyeshadow with a glitter. Complete this look with a white eye liner. If you can find a white eyeliner with glitter in it, your eye makeup will be the hit of the party.

White Liner and Red Lips

If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate America for a fourth of July party try a white lip liner with a bold red lipstick. These two pair together for a gorgeous look that pops.

Another makeup look that is sure to catch everyone’s attention is a red lip decorated with white lines. You can achieve this look by using a white lip liner pencil and adding lines of varying thickness on your bottom lip.

Bring on the Fireworks!

Don’t stop with your eye makeup and lips when it comes to the 4th of July fun. Grab some star stickers and add some holiday sparkle to the sides of your face too. Check out these cute stickers below. Adding them to only one eye would look great too, and keep your face less cluttered.

These festive fourth of July stars are a fun and simple way to let your little girls feel like they also get to wear makeup for your 4th of July party.

Bronzy and Blue

Being patriotic doesn’t mean your eyes have to be covered in blue makeup! You can wear your favorite look, and add a pop of color to your lash line. Dusting a soft blue shadow at your lower lash line is a simple approach to a 4th of July makeup look.

Blue Smokey Eye

There are many shades of blue, that you can blend together to create a smoky effect with multiple shades. Finish this look by add a medium blue shade to your lower lash line to complete this patriotic makeup look.

Where To Go for Help

If blending colors is new to you, or you’re not sure how to apply magnetic lashes, don’t let that stop you from showing off 4th of July makeup.

There are tons of makeup ideas, and makeup tutorials online to help.

Search trending looks on YouTube or Instagram to fine July makeup looks that will fit your lifestyle.

Cleaning Your Makeup Brushes

If you typically wear more neutral colors, and use your brushes to apply any of the fun looks shared here, don’t forget to clean your brushes to remove any residual eyeshadow that may have been be left behind.

There’s lots of cleaning solutions on the market. Here’s one that I found works well, and gets all of the make up completely out of the brushes.

Don’t Let the Party Stop There

Your face doesn’t have to have all the fun! We have a fun 4th of July Nail post where you can find different ideas and styles, and nail art too.

And to complete your look, add some red, white, and blue flare to your hair!

Whatever your plans are for 4th of July, let your makeup be the life of the party.
