First preheat your oven to 375°F. Then brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked; drain any excess fat. Unroll the crescent rolls and place half into an 8×8-inch glass baking dish; press seams together to form a crust.

  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 1 tube Crescent Rolls
  • ½ lb Breakfast Sausage

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
  • Brown Sausge in Skillet over medium heat until cooked thoroughly. Drain excess grease
  • Crack and Mix Eggs into a large mixing bowl
  • Add Milk, sausage, and cheese to egg mixture
  • In the bottom of a greased 8×8 baking dish, spread 1/2 the tube of crescent rolls and press together the seams
  • Pour the egg mixture over the crescents
  • Top with the other half of the crescent and gently press together the seams
  • Bake at 375° for 25-35 minutes
  • Cool before serving

Notes

Add fresh veggies to your egg mix for extra flavor. Bell Peppers, onion, and spinach work great for this recipe. 
Substitute turkey bacon or sausage for a healthier option. 
Any variety cheese will work.

  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Hashbrowns If using freshly grated hashbrowns press as much water from the potatoes as possible.
  • 1/2 lb Breakfast Pork or Turkey Sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°℉
  • Brown sausage until cooked completely in skillet. Drain on paper towels on a plate.
  • While sausage is cooking if you are using block cheese, grate ½ cup
  • Crack 8 eggs in a bowl and mix
  • Add ½ cup milk and salt and pepper to taste
  • pour egg mixture into greased 8×8 baking dish
  • add in shredded cheese, 1 c hashbrowns, and cooked sausage
  • mix until all ingredients are combined
  • bake for 45-50 minutes

Notes

This recipe is easily scalable. If you have more people to feed you can increase the ingredients and use a 9×13 baking dish. 
 
You can add chopped veggies- bell peppers, onions, spinach to add extra color and flavor. 
You can make individual servings by adding 1/4 c of mixture into muffin tins and baking
